Every company presents a deployed system and receives an implementation roadmap.

Days 1–3 · Secure Digital Foundation

Day 1: Business discovery, website plan, SEO structure, HTTPS, secure access, validation, backup and logging.

Day 2: Build the company website, responsive pages, enquiry flow and content management.

Day 3: Build the KPI dashboard, test, deploy and train the administrator.

Days 4–6 · E-Commerce

Day 4: Product, category, SKU, customer journey and order architecture.

Day 5: Catalogue, cart, checkout, stock display and order capture.

Day 6: Payment connection where applicable, testing, deployment and training.

Days 7–10 · Business System + AI

Day 7: Process mapping, roles, database, modules and integrations.

Day 8: Build selected modules such as CRM, inventory, sales, finance, HR, tasks, SOPs, documents or reporting.

Day 9: Add automation, AI agents, data queries, notifications and APIs.

Day 10: Test access, data, integrations, backups and production deployment.

Day 10 · Demo, Handover + Roadmap

Final integration, end-to-end testing, system presentation, administrator training and deployment verification.

Each company receives a 30-day, 60-day and 90-day roadmap.

Each module starts on Friday at 3:00 pm. Main implementation runs from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, followed by an optional Agent and self-test session from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
