Is this the same as AINNA's website package?

No. Website packages are standard development services where AINNA builds a website for the client. The SME AI Capability Programme focuses on training, infrastructure and internal system-building capability.

Will a website be built during the programme?

Yes. A company website can be one practical output. An e-commerce example can also include product catalogue, cart, checkout, payment gateway and EasyParcel delivery workflow, subject to the SME having the required merchant accounts, API access and approvals.

Is this suitable for non-technical staff?

Yes. Participants do not need to be programmers. They should understand the company's business process and be able to explain requirements clearly.

Where is the training conducted?

At the AINNA office, which is recommended for better focus, or at the SME's premises with an additional RM500 logistics fee.

What happens after the 3-day programme?

The SME can continue using the capability and infrastructure, then proceed with additional business modules one at a time based on business priority.
