Yesterday I had a conversation with a director from a well-known 马来西亚n company. One topic we touched on was AI智能体 for 中小企业.
We both agreed that 2026 is the beginning of the AI 智能体 era for ordinary businesses, especially what I call street 中小企业.
In the past, only larger companies could afford an IT经理, or even full teams covering IT, PR, multimedia, data and automation.
Now, small 中小企业 can access similar capabilities through AI智能体.
In AINNA’s context, a server can cost around RM100 per year, while session-based LLM usage can range from free to around RM80 depending on usage.
That means even a small 中小企业 can have AI智能体 supporting IT, marketing, 财务, customer service, content and operations.
What once required a whole department can now be accessible to a street 中小企业 at a very low cost.
