Every financial task is classified by type, complexity and risk. Routine transactions go directly to deterministic parsers. Ambiguous entries are routed to AI for interpretation. High-risk reconciliations trigger human review. This tiered approach reduces token consumption by over 60% while maintaining accuracy.
Balance checks, duplicate detection, gap analysis and integrity scoring are enforced by fixed rules not AI. Every transaction row receives a confidence score based on deterministic criteria. AI summarises findings but never alters financial data.
No financial statement is finalised without human review. Detached systems prepare structured records and highlight exceptions. The entrepreneur or accountant reviews, approves or rejects before the statement is considered complete.
