PQR1 is a working project-based prototype. It keeps each project’s PDFs and reviews separate, lets users choose full or selected-page OCR for each file, and requires source-backed human review before project consolidation can be approved.
Each project has its own documents, batch review and consolidation.
OCR does not approve data automatically. Users review selected-page transcripts and extracted fields before consolidation is enabled.
Batch records contain product identity, materials, process records, handwritten readings and test results. PQR1 provides project workspaces to upload PDFs, set the OCR scope and review extracted values.
Batch PDFs are uploaded and grouped under the relevant project.
OCR proposes transcript text and fields. Users compare values with source pages, make corrections and mark fields as verified.
During review, users can open the source-page image for an extracted field and compare it with the original PDF.

For each PDF, users choose Full OCR or Selected OCR pages. PQR1 runs printed-text OCR and a second sparse-text handwriting pass on the chosen pages. Users review transcripts and extracted fields against source-page evidence; consolidation remains locked until the review is complete.
The current extractor identifies selected PQR fields on the chosen pages. Values it cannot find remain blank for review.
Each file has its own animated OCR progress and estimated time remaining. No value is approved automatically based on confidence scores.
Once all selected-page transcripts and fields are verified, users can generate and approve a consolidation for that project.

Images in this section are generic illustrations, not Sari Tani operational records. Actual review evidence is shown from the uploaded PDF pages inside PQR1.
PQR1 currently focuses on project-scoped data, PDF processing, human review and consolidation. Features not yet implemented are not presented as current capabilities.
Create, edit and delete projects; documents and consolidations are scoped to each project.
Upload one or more PDF files directly to the selected project.
Choose OCR scope per file: all pages or specified page numbers and ranges.
Each file shows its own 1–100% OCR progress and estimated time remaining.
Compare source pages, OCR transcripts and extracted fields; users can correct and verify the values.
Project consolidation stays locked until all extracted fields and selected-page transcripts are reviewed.
Documents within the same project are consolidated for review and approval.
DOCX/PDF exports preserve the supplied template and its current sample content. Automatic mapping of project fields into the template is a future phase.
The current PQR1 prototype does not use an LLM. It uses PDF page rendering, Tesseract for printed and sparse-text OCR, pattern-based field extraction and user verification.
PDF files are stored in their respective projects
All pages or user-selected page numbers
Detected fields are linked to their source pages
Users correct and verify fields and transcripts
Project-scoped; DOCX/PDF use the supplied PQR template
Users can open a source-page image while reviewing a field, correct OCR values and mark selected-page transcripts and fields as reviewed.
In PQR1, “Show source” opens the relevant PDF page for comparison during review.
Project management, PDF uploads, Full/Selected OCR, per-file progress, human review, project consolidation and approval are available. Mapping project data into every template field is the next step.
Available in PQR1: create projects, upload multiple PDFs and keep documents separated by project.
Available in PQR1: choose an OCR mode per file, see 1–100% progress and estimated time, and run a handwriting-oriented OCR pass.
Available in PQR1: review selected-page transcripts, compare source images, edit fields and verify records.
Available in PQR1: combine only documents from the same project after selected transcripts and fields are verified.
Available in PQR1: DOCX/PDF exports preserve the supplied PQR template. Mapping consolidated project data into every template table is still to be developed.
Map verified data into each PQR section, add QA records not contained in uploaded PDFs, extend validation rules and complete UAT with users.
PQR1 separates documents by project and requires human review before consolidation approval. Automatically populating every template section with verified project data remains a planned development task.
