1. Acceptance of 服务条款

By accessing or using AINNA ("the 服务"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these 服务条款 ("服务条款"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the 服务.

3.1 Registration

To access certain features of the 服务, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 科目 安全

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and API keys that you use to access the 服务. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party. You are solely responsible for any activities or actions under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the 服务 for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these 服务条款. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• 违反任何适用法律或法规

5. AI服务 and 局限性

5.1 AI 输出

您确认：

• AI生成的输出应由合格人员审查和验证
• 我们不保证AI生成内容的准确性、完整性或可靠性
• 您对基于AI输出做出的决策承担全部责任
• AI系统可能反映训练数据中存在的偏见

5.2 训练 数据

使用我们的 AI 服务即表示您授予我们使用您的匿名交互数据来改进 AI 模型的权利。未经明确同意，个人可识别信息不会被用于训练。

6. Payment and 费用

6.1 费用

Certain features of the 服务 may require payment. 费用 will be clearly communicated before any charges are incurred. All fees are quoted in the applicable currency and exclude taxes unless otherwise stated.

The 服务 and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AINNA and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the 服务. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the 服务.

8. 数据保护 and 隐私政策

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the 服务 immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these 服务条款.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the 服务 will immediately cease. All provisions of these 服务条款 which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the 服务
• Any content obtained from the 服务

• 基于 AI 生成结果所做的决策

12. 免责声明 of Warranties

The 服务 is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AINNA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the 服务.

14. Governing Law

These 服务条款 shall be 受治理的 by and construed in accordance with the laws of 马来西亚, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of 马六甲, 马来西亚.
