Aspalela Ramly is a co-founder of ZAR Consultancy 服务 and ZAR Lynx Sdn Bhd. She began her career in 1996 at Sime Hyundai Wood 行业 before progressing into senior human-capital leadership across Malaysian GLCs and MNCs. She led HR operations at MRCB, including a compensation and benefits scheme and managing C&B for operations in Dubai, and later served Pharmaniaga 分组 as Head of Reward & Recognition, where she delivered HRIS, global mobility policy and payroll initiatives. She has served as an 工业 Relations Employer Panel Member for the IR Court of 马来西亚 and the Ministry of 人类 资源 (2013–2015).

ZULIZMAN ABDUL RAHMAN

Zulizman Abdul Rahman is a co-founder of ZAR Lynx Sdn Bhd. He graduated with a Diploma in 海事 工程 from Ungku Omar Polytechnic and began his career in 1995 as a 海事 Engineer at PETRONAS Tankers, specialising in LNG carriers. He moved through 马来西亚 Shipyard and 工程 as an Estimator, Honeywell 工程 in DCS business development for marine and oil & gas, and Sapura Holdings as Chief Engineer. He later led two subsidiaries at Sapura 能源 serving clients including Petronas and 果壳, co-founded MOGBiss in 2012, and established ZAR Lynx in 2014.
